Vincent James "Vijaye" Raji is Statsig's founder, CEO, lead frontend developer, and more.

Vijaye started his career at Microsoft, where he spent almost a decade building great products including Windows Application Framework, SQL Server Modeling Language/Runtime, Visual Studio Editor, and others.

At Facebook, Vijaye built Messenger for Windows, Facebook Marketplace, Groups Commerce, and more, and climbed the ranks from Software Engineer to VP, Head of Gaming, Head of Facebook Seattle, and ultimately VP and Head of Entertainment.

What Vijaye doesn't like to do is acknowledge how beloved he is by his current and former teams. He won't voluntarily admit that he is a reliable contributor and partner to both team leaders and employees alike, and he certainly won't comment on the giant Vijaye Raji body pillows that can be found floating around the old Meta office in Seattle. He would shrug it off with an anecdote about how influence is earned through trust.

When he's not working, he can be found spending time with his family, volunteering to teach computer science to elementary schools, and hiding from the outdoors.
