In the event that some metrics in your ongoing experiment are showing as "unavailable", it could be due to an issue with how your events are being logged or matched with the experiment groups. To resolve this, ensure that the events you're sending include the same identifier (either userID
or stableID
) as the one used in your client SDKs for the experiment. This will help Statsig join the events with the correct experiment groups.
It's important to note that exposures on the last day (the day you made a decision) are not counted as exposures. Therefore, when analyzing your data, remember to filter out that day.
If you're still experiencing issues, it might be helpful to check your query history for the user to understand which data is being pulled, and if queries are not executing or are failing.
In some cases, metrics may temporarily show as unavailable due to Statsig recomputing the metric for the latest numbers. However, these metrics should become available once the final aggregated data is uploaded and any issues with this process are resolved.
If the issue persists, please let us know and we'll have a Statsig team member assist you further.
