Switching to the native Statsig event logger does not inherently change the synchronization time to Pacific Standard Time (PST), as the synchronization schedule is consistent regardless of the logging method. However, the Statsig client SDK does facilitate more real-time data capture by automatically flushing logged custom events to the Statsig servers every 10 seconds.
For experiment results, Statsig has implemented a more frequent refresh window. During the first day of an experiment, results are computed hourly. After the initial 24-hour period, the results are then refreshed on a daily basis.
It is important to note that these computations are based on a day defined from midnight to midnight PST. For businesses requiring synchronization in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), Statsig offers the ability to switch to UTC, but this is an option available exclusively for Enterprise customers. This is due to the additional costs associated with maintaining a separate pipeline for UTC synchronization.
